Having more than 30 years of experience, Pettigrew specializes in advising on large-scale domestic and inbound M&A transactions. His skill set also encompasses guiding on outbound fund structuring, capital management, and their associated tax aspects. Over the years, he has offered his advisory services to clients primarily in the financial services, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Before moving to Deloitte in 2014, Pettigrew spent a significant part of his career, over two decades, at Greenwoods, a former affiliate tax advisory firm of HSF. This background further leverages his understanding and proficiency in the deployment of tax advisory services, making him a valuable addition to the HSF team.
