In an effort to strengthen its dispute resolution, private equity, and M&A practices, Jingtian & Gongcheng recently hired partners Pengcheng Sun and Huan Wang. This addition of experienced personnel comes following the departure of the firm’s Hong Kong-based corporate partner Justin Ma who joined Stephenson Harwood.
Sun, previously a senior partner at Shanghai AllBright Law Offices, will now split his time between Shanghai and Shenzhen in his new role at Jingtian & Gongcheng. On the other hand, Wang, coming in from Han Kun Law Offices based in Beijing, will be stationed in Jingtian’s Beijing office.
