According to the firm’s announcement, Schofield has a notable background in counseling global real estate investors, developers, and owners on acquisitions and dispositions involving real estate-holding structures. His advisory skills extend to real estate operators within the UK and Europe.
Schofield previously held a position at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining Fried Frank. This strategic hire aims to bolster Fried Frank’s capabilities in offering sophisticated legal counsel to its expanding real estate client base.
