China’s renowned law firm, Haiwen & Partners continues to bolster its reputation with the notable addition of three senior partners to its Greater China capital markets practice, formerly from Herbert Smith Freehills. This move comes as part of the firm’s strategy to develop and strengthen its capital markets capabilities.
The new partners, Tom Chau, Zhong Wang, and Isaac Chen, all of whom have over a decade of service at Herbert Smith Freehills, are slated to operate out of Haiwen’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices. They bring in a wealth of experience, with a particular focus on capital markets, undoubtedly set to enhance the company’s client offerings.
