In a move demonstrating the continued expansion of major international law firms, White & Case has further grown its global debt finance practice with the addition of Peter Mason to its London office.
Mason, now a partner at White & Case, brings with him a breadth of experience advising sponsors, corporates, and banks on finance transactions. His expertise spans leveraged, investment-grade, and real estate financings, as well as refinancings and restructurings.
Prior to White & Case, the seasoned lawyer served at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a senior associate. This move cements the London firm’s commitment to bolstering its global debt finance practice, a sector of law that continues to grow in importance amid global economic shifts.
