As reported by Bloomberg Law, Regina Bynote Jones has been named senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of ADM in Chicago.
Her appointment was announced in a news release on Wednesday and is scheduled to come into effect on September 5th. In her new role, Jones will oversee ADM’s global legal and regulatory affairs, compliance initiatives, security operations and government relations efforts.
Prior to this appointment, Jones held a significant role in the energy technology sector as the chief legal officer for Baker Hughes, a critical role that has undoubtedly prepared her for the breadth of responsibilities she will assume at ADM.
Regina Bynote Jones’ significant appointment marks a significant career milestone and will no doubt contribute positively to ADM’s corporative objectives.
