The goal of becoming a law review member is generally a much-sought after ambition among law students. An intriguing perspective on this comes in light of a recent ranking released by Washington and Lee University School of Law, which indicates that elite law reviews aren’t exclusively produced by the well-known T14 institutions.
Washington and Lee University School of Law, this past July, revealed the 2022 W&L Law Journal Rankings. This gives an inclusive view of citation data and computed ranks for the top 400 U.S. published law journals and also the top 100 law journals published outside of the United States.
The relevance of these rankings proffers a broader view of the landscape of legal academia, shedding light on the numerous law reviews of high impact that originate from beyond the traditional top-tier institutions.
