Highlighting this year’s event is the inclusion, for the first time, of an education category to pay homage to universities and educators pioneering legal education innovation. Furthermore, the Access to Justice category, on account of the large number of nominations it received, has been subdivided into three separate categories: Individual, LegalTech, and Legal Aid.

The inaugural lifetime achievement award, crafted to celebrate an individual whose career is emblematic of a commitment to legal innovation, will be another exciting addition to this year’s ceremony. Criteria for this particular award, along with the lucky recipient, are yet to be announced.
