The participating firms were seeking talented law graduates at the Hong Kong Law Fair, providing a notable platform for young legal professionals. Simultaneously, it reminded us of the recurring struggle many firms face when trying to find “quality associates,” pushing some to work with less-than-ideal legal talents.
