CMS, the global legal services organization, has successfully extended its Hong Kong capabilities by bringing aboard a team of four highly experienced lawyers. This team includes notable partner, Adrian Elms, who has over two decades of practice in Hong Kong.
Adrian Elms’ previous tenure was as a counsel at DLA Piper, where he handled contentious regulatory work, acted on insolvency-related litigation, and handled shareholder and general commercial disputes. Elms’ professional portfolio includes acting for organizations involved in investigations conducted by reputable institutions such as the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the Commercial Crimes Bureau.
The new recruitment also introduces Anthony Woo, formerly a partner at the Hong Kong firm Hauzen. He will now assume the role of senior consultant at CMS.
