Six Flags Legal Leadership Changes Continue as Chief Officer Departs with $1.1M Severance

Aimee Williams-Ramey, the chief legal officer for Six Flags Entertainment Corp, has left her position after a mere 15 months of service, leading to a severance package exceeding $1.1 million. Revealed in an Aug. 11 regulatory filing, Six Flags, a theme park operator based in Arlington, Texas, detailed that Williams-Ramey was “terminated without cause” in the same month.

Marking the third change in legal leadership in as many years for the amusement park operator, Williams-Ramey’s abrupt departure and significant severance package have highlighted yet another round of substantial shifts in the company’s legal department.
