Employees at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) have demanded the replacement of four top officials, inclusive of Chief Legal Officer, Katie Johnson, expressing outrage over alleged negligence in dealing with serious misconduct allegations and maintaining a hostile work environment. The concerned employees voiced their grievances through a letter addressed to NAR’s executive committee, delivered last Monday. according to Law.com.
Katie Johnson, who has been serving as the legal chief since 2014 and took on the role of chief member experience officer five years ago, is named along with CEO Bob Goldberg, President Tracy Kasper, and the head of human resources Donna Gland. The letter encapsulates the collective sentiments of the staffers, stating, “The buck has to stop somewhere.”
