Allen & Overy has fortified its dispute resolution practice with a new addition to its Warsaw team. Adam Kowalczyk, a litigation partner from Bird & Bird, is set to bring his expertise in general commercial litigation, white collar crime, and investigations to the firm. Adam Kowalczyk has been a partner at Bird & Bird since 2018 and prior to that, he held the position of Head of Litigation, Regulatory Disputes, and White-Collar Crime at PwC Law in Warsaw, according to his LinkedIn profile. With his addition, Allen & Overy looks to further solidify its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
