Charles Russell Speechlys has made a noteworthy addition to its team in the Hong Kong office, as reported by Law.com. The UK-based private client firm has recruited Stephen Chan, previously a partner at Ince & Co Hong Kong.
This move marks Chan’s departure from Ince & Co after his relatively short time with the enterprise, which he joined in 2022, the same year the Hong Kong office declared its separation from the UK-based headquarters. In his capacity as a lawyer, Chan brings a wealth of experience, handling high value and intricate commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
Chan is also admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New Zealand, where he is a barrister and solicitor. His recruitment at Charles Russell Speechlys follows Vanessa Duff’s enlistment, who previously served at Withers.
