This is the legal behemoth’s third group incursion in the state since July. The report reveals that the new team comprises partners Claire Weglarz, Macy Chan, and Thomas Remillard, who will be based in Los Angeles, and another partner, Mirna Scheffy, stationed in San Francisco. The accomplished partners are further complemented by Julia Wood and Sybil Leung, associates who will be working from the Los Angeles office.
This development follows the departure of the product liability team from Hawkins Parnell & Young, marking the strategic direction undertaken by Womble Bond Dickinson in expanding its West Coast practice.
