Philip Culhane, a partner at Goodwin Procter’s Hong Kong office, has stepped down from his role to take up a new position as general counsel at Chinese healthcare investment firm, CareCapital Group. Law.Com International Edition reported.
Culhane, who provides advisory on fund formations, joined Goodwin Procter in 2021 along with lawyer Elyn Xing. The duo had previously collaborated while working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. At present, Xing continues to serve at Goodwin.
Prior to his stint at Goodwin, Philip Culhane had a noteworthy tenure of two decades at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
