Armstrong Teasdale law firm to serve as their Chief Diversity Officer based in New York.
Armstrong Teasdale has stated that Sharperson will be responsible for leading a diverse and inclusive culture at the firm by working on business strategy, driving inclusion programming and initiatives, supporting affinity organisations, as well as enhancing the firm’s talent practices.
Before joining Armstrong Teasdale, Sharperson had an impressive track record of leadership in diversity, as per the information from the firm. He has served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at a New Jersey law firm, and has lead the diversity committee of a state bar association.
