The region he managed includes the significant territories of Toronto and Canada’s capital, Ottawa. His record also includes a stint in a managerial capacity at the firm’s U.K. office during 2015-16.
Denyes will assume his firmwide managing partner role on January 1, succeeding Peter Feldberg who has directed the firm since 2015. This development marks the first time in nearly a decade that Fasken, an influential player in the Canadian legal field, will experience a managing partner transition.
