Fox Rothschild Bolsters New York Litigation Team with Experienced Partners Gehn and Baum

Fox Rothschild recently announced two additions to its Litigation department in the New York office, with the welcoming of new partners David A. Gehn and Matthew B. Baum. The news, which reached the industry on Monday, further strengthens the firm’s robust litigation team.

Gehn brings to the firm his expertise in handling complex commercial and securities disputes. His notable clientele include broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, and diverse companies. Baum, on the other hand, specializes in contract disputes, employment-related disputes as well as non-competition and non-solicitation restrictions, and RICO claims. Additionally, Baum is known for his proficient advice to RIA firms, broker-dealers, and financial advisers in relation to recruiting matters and transitions.

Prior to their move to Fox Rothschild, Gehn and Baum were practicing as partners at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, further enriching their vast experience in legal practice. This new move suggests a strategic bolstering of Fox Rothschild’s litigation department, with the efforts aimed at better serving their clients and tackling more complex issues that require their legal expertise.
