Roger Wilkes has moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer of Perkins Coie, as reported on Wednesday. As part of Wilkes’ responsibilities, he will monitor several business functions within the firm, including areas such as finance, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, IT and real estate.

Throughout his career, he has displayed his adeptness at leading strategic initiatives and implementing business transformations. His most recent role prior to joining Perkins Coie was as Chief Operating Officer at Kobre & Kim in New York, a position he had held since 2019.
