Noted trial attorney, Jim Hurst, has re-joined the ranks of international law firm Kirkland & Ellis after a brief hiatus away from the firm this summer. Hurst is recognized for his exceptional representation of major pharmaceutical companies in significant trials.
In a surprising move, Hurst left Kirkland & Ellis at the end of May this year, an event reported by Bloomberg Law back in June. Hurst took a three-month respite from practicing law, but sources within Kirkland kept their hopes high on his potential comeback to the firm.
