Monex Canada, a Toronto-based financial institution, has filed a lawsuit alleging various banks, including Bank of America, for a fraud case. The case contends that Monex Canada was deceived into making multiple payouts summing up to more than $3.5 million, funds which were never repaid.
The filed complaint implicates Kirrill Kochkine in a “high value fraud and commercial deception” ruse, being the main individual behind tricking Monex into making the said payments.
