Morrison & Foerster has bolstered its M&A practice in Tokyo with the key addition of corporate M&A lawyer Stephen DeCosse, who was previously with Jones Day. DeCosse is returning to Morrison & Foerster as a partner; he had previously served the firm in the same capacity prior to his decision to move to Jones Day in 2006.
After his stint at Morrison & Foerster, DeCosse joined Jones Day where he was also a partner before later assuming the position of Of Counsel in the legal powerhouse’s Tokyo office. Now, he is set to bring his vast experience and legal acumen back to Morrison & Foerster.
