Stephenson Harwood is expanding its team with an addition of eight new members from Ince Gordon Dadds in Greater China. The firm hopes that these new hires will allow them to work with a wider variety of clients based in mainland China, ranging from shipyards and traders to LNG operators.
The team includes several high-profile lawyers such as partner Wai Yue Loh and his team of seven associates, who will be based in the firm’s offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Loh, a renowned litigator specialising in maritime and international trade law, is known for representing numerous Chinese state-owned companies, private enterprises and foreign corporations in cross-border disputes.
