Blum Continues Warning Spree, Fox Rothschild and Susman Godfrey Latest Diversity Program Targets

Fox Rothschild and Susman Godfrey have joined the lists of firms receiving warning letters from Edward Blum about their diversity programs. These letters indicate that the American Alliance for Equal Rights (AAER) is contemplating lawsuits.

In the last quarter, Blum and the AAER have issued numerous letters and initiated litigation against Perkins Coie and Morrison & Foerster based on their diversity programs. However, both lawsuits were dropped and a revision of the language used in their initiatives followed. Just last week, the AAER sent out additional letters to Winston & Strawn, Hunton Andrews Kurth, and Adams and Reese, prompting the latter firm to terminate its minority fellowship program.

Conservative legal activist Edward Blum’s AAER has now targeted a total of seven law firms. For more information, read the original article on Law.com.
