Boies Schiller Flexner Expands Reach with Strategic Addition of Partners Brnovich, Stein, and Waisbren

Boies Schiller Flexner has announced the addition of three new partners to its roster – Mark Brnovich, Joshua Stein, and Benjamin Waisbren. This move aligns with the strategic growth of the law firm.

According to a recent announcement, Mark Brnovich, a former Attorney General for Arizona, will be based in Los Angeles, and he will also maintain a presence in Arizona. Brnovich’s resume includes a stint as the director of the Arizona department of gaming.

Joshua Stein, who is slated to be based in San Francisco, brings to the firm a wealth of corporate advisory and litigation knowledge. He previously served as in-house litigation counsel for Twitter, Inc.

Benjamin Waisbren is set to work out of Washington, D.C., specialized in bankruptcy litigation and corporate restructuring. His expertise branches to corporate reorganizations, financial distress, and fraud matters. Waisbren’s background in the financial sector is further showcased by his time as head of the investment banking restructuring group at Salomon Brothers. Interestingly, Waisbren also held a position as a film financier in Hollywood.

With the joining of these three partners, an infusion of diverse legal expertise is expected at Boies Schiller Flexner further propelling the firm in its practice areas.
