Foley & Lardner Drops Lawsuit Against Legal Recruiting Agency Mark Bruce International

Am Law 50 firm, Foley & Lardner, has decided to drop its lawsuit against recognized legal recruiting agency Mark Bruce International. The agency was accused by Foley as owing them a refund for the placement of a firm partner who, according to previous reports, left the firm within three months after initiation.

The decision to discontinue the suit comes only a month after Foley filed its complaint against the New York-based recruiting outfit in the New York State Supreme Court. The reason behind this decision or the terms, if any, on which the dispute was resolved, have not been made public.
