ICC Leaders Advocate for International Court of Arbitration’s Advantages in Dispute Resolution

In an interview during the International Chamber of Commerce’s 21st annual conference, the Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexander G. Fessas, and the Deputy Secretary General, Ana Serra e Moura, highlighted the advantages of conducting a dispute resolution through their court. They argue that the strength of the institution, along with the oversight it provides, are as crucial as the chosen arbitrators when entering an arbitration process.

Fessas and Serra e Moura serve as the operational heads, managing the ICC Court’s Secretariat and various dispute resolution services spanning key cities including Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Sao Paulo and Singapore.
