The deal with The Coca-Cola Company is reported to be worth $1.8 billion.
Philippine conglomerate Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV), together with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), has forged a definitive agreement with The Coca-Cola Company to take over the beverage giant’s Philippine subsidiary. Skadden and Slaughter and May are advising the buyers on this deal.
