A well-versed legal professional, Bonsignore brings with him a wealth of experience in a number of domains such as corporate law, M&A, and project development. His specialty, however, lies in navigating the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has a track record of representing both US and international sponsors, as well as investors, financing parties, and developers.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Bonsignore was associated with Clifford Chance. His addition to the team is poised to elevate the firm’s capabilities in the capital city by leveraging his experience and industry insights.
