Following an ongoing labor dispute since late October, Tesla, the renowned electric car company spearheaded by Elon Musk, has taken legal action against Sweden’s transport agency and the state-owned postal firm, PostNord. The lawsuit was filed at the Norrköping District Court.
The legal representation for Tesla is being provided by Setterwalls Advokatbyrå, a leading business law firm in Sweden. The team representing the case comprises of Johannes Ericson and Erik Gadman, the Stockholm-based partners, in addition to senior associate Lorentz Reige and associate Patrik Magnesved.
