Trump National Golf Club Faces Lawsuit Over Nondisclosure Agreement and Discrimination

Donald Trump’s country club based in Bedminster, New Jersey, has been hit with a lawsuit by Alice Bianco, a former server. Bianco alleges that one of Trump’s leading attorneys manipulated her into agreeing to an unsatisfactory settlement with a prohibited nondisclosure agreement, subsequent to her accusation of sexual assault against her manager.

Bianco alleges the misuse ensued swiftly after she was employed at the Trump National Golf Club in May 2021, with an enforced kiss being initiated by her boss. She further claims that the maltreatment transformed into a sexual quid pro quo that was necessary for job security, as conveyed in her lawsuit that was recently filed at a state court.

The charges framed in the lawsuit encapsulate both discrimination and fraud, according to the documents available. Bloomberg Law News reports further details uncovered amidst the ongoing litigation.

The lawsuit adds another layer of complication to the cluster of lawsuits and investigations directed at Trump’s businesses since his tenure as president.
