The Solicitors Regulation Authority, the regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales, has imposed actions against Jake Flint, a former senior client development manager at international law firm, Eversheds Sutherland. Jake Flint, who admitted to touching a female colleague without her consent, was employed by the company between May 2021 and August 2022.
As a result of the actions taken by the Authority, Mr. Flint is now prohibited from working for any legal practice without securing prior approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. These measures were instigated following an episode at an Eversheds Sutherland business development and marketing department away day last year.
