Hutchinson brings with him an extensive experience in advising both for-profit and non-profit healthcare providers. His expertise lie in the fields of orthopedic and urology ventures. He also assists clients with physician practice acquisitions, hospital-physician joint ventures, clinical co-management arrangements, professional services arrangements, and compliance with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
In his previous role, Hutchinson served as the chair of the healthcare practice at an Indianapolis-based law firm. His familiarity with the legal landscape in Indiana is an added advantage for Barnes & Thornburg, as the firm continues to expand its presence in that region.
