The latest billion-dollar law firm to announce raises and bonuses for its associates is Winston & Strawn. Part of the Biglaw fraternity, the firm is well known for following the industry trend of lucrative salary scales set by leading establishments like Cravath. Having posted a gross revenue of $1,146,377,000 last year, the law firm is ranked 44th on the Am Law 100 and is set to distribute some of its wealth amongst the associates.
Moving a month later than most of its equals, the firm will implement the new salary scale from February 1. The firm also announced bonuses for high billers who will be eligible for some additional financial rewards.
