For legal professionals tasked with the management of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), the process can often be a time-consuming and labor-intensive endeavor. Recognising this issue, software company SimpleDocs has developed a solution: AutoNDA.
AutoNDA is a free platform that automates the creation and management of NDAs by adopting the open-source oneNDA standard. Designed specifically for inhouse legal and business teams, AutoNDA seeks to streamline the sometimes arduous task of handling NDAs. The platform provides a ‘self-serve’ access point, meaning business teams can create and manage their own NDAs, while still allowing the in-house legal team to maintain control of outbound NDAs.
The platform’s effectiveness is largely dependent on its organizational capabilities. It neatly stores and organizes all completed NDAs, allowing for easy access and review at any given moment.
Preston Clark, the CEO and co-founder of SimpleDocs, recently provided insight into the platform’s functionality and unique features. Central to AutoNDA’s offering are its Workflow Designer, the AutoNDA repository, and its Self Serve Access, all of which Clark demonstrates in the video presentation linked in the original article.
