According to recently filed accounts, the UK partnership of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner experienced a drastic 63% decline in profit in 2022. The firm has linked this significant decrease in profit, following tax, for its operations in the UK and its branches and subsidiaries in Continental Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, to the worldwide financial repercussions of its decision to withdraw from Russia in April 2022. The firm’s profits plunged from £78.07 million in the preceding year to £29.02 million.
