In a significant shakeup for Linklaters, two partners have announced their departure from the London firm. Nicole Kar, the global head of the firm’s antitrust and foreign investment practice, is set to join Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and leveraged finance partner Noel Hughes will be moving to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
