The newly formed law firm Pierson Ferdinand began operation this Tuesday. Led by ex-managing partners from FisherBroyles, the firm marks one of the largest ever law firm spin-offs. Nearly half of the partners from the former firm, FisherBroyles, have shifted to the new firm. Many of them are “highest-producers”, co-chairs and chairpersons across a multitude of practice areas who were formerly associated with FisherBroyles.
The establishment of Pierson Ferdinand firm has seen around 130 lawyers moving from FisherBroyles, which previously boasted a roster of over 280 lawyers. Notably, several former Big Law executives have also joined the C-suite of the new enterprise.
