Sheppard Mullin Appoints Kevin Cloutier as Managing Partner, Announces Other Leadership Changes

Well-regarded law firm Sheppard Mullin has revealed that it has elected Chicago partner Kevin Cloutier as managing partner, as stated on Tuesday’s press release. Cloutier will be taking over from Robert Beall and will work closely with vice chair Jon Newby, firm chair Luca Salvi and fellow managing partner MaryJeanette Dee to steer the leadership of the firm.

Furthermore, Sheppard Mullin named Kenneth D. Fox as the group leader of the finance and bankruptcy practice. Fox, a partner operating out of the firm’s Orange County, California office, will work alongside Edward H. Tillinghast in leading the division.

There were also leadership changes within the labor and employment practice group. Denise E. Giraudo and Jason W. Kearnaghan have both been appointed as group leaders, according to the official announcements from the firm.
