National law firm, Ballard Spahr, has announced the appointment of Peter V. Michaud as the firm’s new chair, according to an official release on their website.
Michaud, an established attorney specializing in M&A and private equity transactions, previously held significant positions within the firm, namely serving as the chair of the corporate department and managing partner of the Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
