Innovative Legal Tech Startups Compete at ABA TECHSHOW 2024’s Startup Alley

The ABA TECHSHOW 2024, happening on February 14-17 in Chicago, will feature 15 innovative legal tech startups in their eighth annual Startup Alley. The shortlisted 15 were sifted out from a total of 51,670 votes. These startups, which have given a fresh and inventive edge to the legal technology scene, will compete in a riveting opening-night pitch competition [ABA TECHSHOW].

In a nod to the democratic process, back in October, the ABA TECHSHOW organizers had issued a call for entries and had narrowed down the list to 25 based on an expert panel’s judgement, out of which these final 15 were handpicked by direct voting from the readership.

Among the finest young legal tech companies who will be presenting at the Startup Alley include the winner of maximum votes, BriefCatch – a tool that aids lawyers in editing their documents; Ai.Law – a provider of AI-generated litigation documents; Lexamica – a curated case referral platform; and Resolutn, an AI solution that expedites legal settlements [Full list].

Regardless of the final outcome at the TECHSHOW, these contestants have already won a spot in a special Startup Alley section of the exhibit, an exposure that could herald breakthrough marketing and advertising opportunities.

The cumulative journey from the initial call to the final selection marked by mass participation truly underscores the essence of the Startup Alley at ABA TECHSHOW. It sets the stage for deserving innovation to gain visibility and accolade in the increasingly vibrant world of legal tech.
