SpotDraft Unveils VerifAI, Generative AI Contract Review Tool Now Available for Public Use

The leading contract lifecycle management company, SpotDraft, has announced the general availability of its new generative AI product VerifAI after its early access release in October. The revolutionary contract review tool is now available for anyone to try for a two-week free trial.

As previously reported, VerifAI uses generative AI to cross-reference contracts against user-determined guidelines. The guidelines are written in plain English and the model also addresses open-ended, contextual, and logical questions concerning contracts.

Demonstration of that initial release is available in a “How It Works” video in December. Rohith Salim, co-founder, and chief product officer of SpotDraft, guided this showcase. Since then, over 250 users from 100 plus companies have used this product during its early access phase.

From the user feedback collected during the initial release, SpotDraft has rolled out three functional enhancements to the product. Furthermore, they have also imparted it fully self-serve capabilities. Now, instead of booking a meeting for onboarding, users have the freedom to start using VerifAI independently from the first day itself, with minimal setup.

Direcor of growth and product marketing at SpotDraft, Udit Misra, shared that the product is designed to be super easy to use and set up.

VerifAI, being a standalone product, requires no other SpotDraft subscription. It works out-of-the-box and needs no training for the users. After offering a two-week free trail, SpotDraft plans to charge users a subscription fee of 60 dollars per month for using the product.
