Todd Feinsmith Joins ArentFox Schiff as Partner in Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice

A recent addition to the ArentFox Schiff team, Todd Feinsmith has joined the ranks as a partner within the firm’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring practice in the Boston office. The firm confirmed the recruitment of Feinsmith on Monday.

Feinsmith’s credentials extend to representing private equity funds and hedge funds in distressed acquisitions of companies, particularly within the technology, transportation, and healthcare industries, as noted by ArentFox Schiff.

His expertise covers a range of issues that frequently arise in distressed transactions. Among the notably complex challenges, he assists with negotiating debt-for-equity swaps and structuring debtor-in-possession credit facilities, says the firm.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Feinsmith held a significant role at Troutman Pepper. He served not only as managing partner of the Boston office but also held the national co-chair position of the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice.
