Troutman Pepper continues to bolster its Health Sciences practice with the addition of Celeste Letourneau, a noted expert in the field. Letourneau’s arrival as partner with the Health Sciences transactional practice group was recently announced by the firm in a statement from its Washington, D.C. office.
Bringing her knowledge as a registered nurse to bear on her legal work, Letourneau specializes in FDA and health care regulatory matters, focusing particularly on compliance and enforcement across product life cycle. Her purview ranges from biologic, device, and pharmaceutical manufacturers, placing her expertise in demand across a broad spectrum of health care sectors.
Letourneau’s previous experience has seen her advising clients on a number of FDA regulatory issues. Notably, these have included drug development strategy, the planning and execution of Phase 1-4 clinical trials, and post-marketing compliance. She has also had a hand in shaping marketing strategy and product approval processes.
Her addition to the Health Sciences practice group at Troutman Pepper is expected to fortify their capabilities and knowledge base in the continually evolving field of health care regulation.
