The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) will continue their collaboration with AccessLex Institute for the development of study aids targeting the next-generation bar examination set to be launched in July 2026, as confirmed in a recent announcement. So far, nine jurisdictions have confirmed their adoption of this NextGen bar exam.
The study aids will be provided as part of NCBE’s licensing and direct-to-examinee programs and will be available to over 100 bar exam preparation programs and law schools nationwide. The NCBE will continue its commitment in delivering high-quality exam preparation resources to its examinees with the aid of AccessLex Institute.
A prime example of this commitment is the BarNow study aids program, developed by AccessLex Institute which delivers cost-effective study materials directly to examinees. NCBE’s collaboration with AccessLex ensures that as we approach the launch of the NextGen bar exam, the quality of study aid samples remains uncompromised, a point emphasized in the statement by Judith A. Gundersen, president and CEO of NCBE.
While this is a brief overview, you are encouraged to read NCBE’s official announcement for a more detailed account of this ongoing partnership and its implications on the legal education sector.
