The Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF), known for its consistent track record of Supreme Court victories, is gearing up for yet another-high stakes contention. The public interest law firm boasts an impressive 17-2 record at the highest court in the US, a success run it attributes to its strategy of picking supportive plaintiffs that smoothly underline the tangible impacts of government actions. According to Bloomberg Law, this consistently victorious streak spans all three of its cases presented in the last session.
Steven Anderson, the CEO and the President of PLF has been quite open about their strategy. What they seek, Anderson notes, is a deeper human perspective, by choosing, as he puts it, “people that allow us to tell the best story.” This choice preference often gravitates towards largely uncomplicated, empathetic narratives.
As PLF prepares to represent their latest case before the Supreme Court justices, the legal fraternity looks on with keen interest – will the winning streak hold up, or will the tides of justice shift this time around?
