In a move expected to strengthen its Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice, leading US firm Polsinelli PC has drafted two highly experienced shareholders to its Miami team. Onboarded are attorneys Albert Diaz-Silveira and Cristina Quintero, both known for their strategic roles in M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
As announced by Polsinelli, Diaz-Silveira specializes in handling complex M&A cases, joint ventures, and various corporate transactions, bringing along his rich experience from diverse sectors. His portfolio includes working extensively in the financial services, manufacturing, energy, aviation, and distribution industries.
On the other hand, Quintero’s role at Polsinelli will see her focussing on providing advisement on general corporate matters and partaking in transformative transactions. No stranger to transactional law, Quintero has exhibited deep acumen and earned high regard within legal practices.
The two appointments are viewed as strategic additions to Polsinelli’s Miami M&A team, with their collective in-depth knowledge of corporate matters and proven record in handling large deals anticipated to provide significant impetus to the firm’s capabilities.
