Recent investment by Hinshaw & Culbertson in their commercial transactions team is evident in their latest acquisition – Megan Lopp Mathias has officially joined the firm as a new partner. The firm announced last Thursday that Mathias will be operating from their Chicago office.
Over the years, Mathias has expertly advised companies on a myriad of legal issues. Her prowess includes dealing with complex commercial litigation matters, handling employment issues, assisting with operations, and providing guidance on tax matters, as stated by the firm. Her arrival at Hinshaw aims to further strengthen their commercial transactions team.
Mathias’ particular focus at Hinshaw will be on transactional and general corporate matters and litigation. Interestingly, before this new role, she had successfully managed her own firm, demonstrating her capability to lead and adapt. Her addition to Hinshaw’s team reconfirms the firms commitment to providing top-rated legal services to its clients.
