Leading Korean law firm, Shin & Kim, is expanding its portfolio with the launch of a new sector focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) and data integration consulting services for clients. This fresh initiative, coined the “AI & Data Center,” has been established with an aim to assist businesses in navigating commercial and legal risks, regulatory and policy compliance related to AI and data incorporation. Moreover, it also aspires to devise risk mitigation strategies and relevant policies for businesses that are integrating AI and data utilization.
According to Law.com, the AI & Data Center will have a team led by three senior advisers, two of whom have recently joined Shin & Kim. These senior advisers will be instrumental in crafting personalized strategies for Shin & Kim’s clients and equipping them with the know-how of effectively integrating AI and data into their business operations.
